Men's trainers sizes, including large ones, in average are from 40 to 54, women's - from 35 to 47, children's - from 15 to 30, teenage - from 30 to 40.

How to choose trainers:

When choosing trainers, as a rule, several parameters are valuable:

foot length (cm): distance between the most protruding toe and most protruding parts of heel;
foot girth (cm): foot girth in the vicinity of toe, near big toe bones and little toe;
inner sole length (cm): distance between the most protruding parts in heel and toe inner sole parts;

Additional information:

The Russian sizes between the two neighboring differ by 0.5 units, European - by 2/3 units, shoes from America and England have their own marking systems.

In order not to make mistakes in size systems of different countries, it is recommended to use the original size charts.
